Annual endorsement fee

11AA. Annual endorsement fee





(1) A person whose registration is endorsed under this Part must pay to the
Authority the prescribed annual endorsement fee or, if no fee is prescribed,
an annual endorsement fee of 40 fee units.



(1A) The annual endorsement fee must be paid on the same date as the annual
registration fee is payable under section 11(1).

(2) An annual endorsement fee may be paid at any time in the 6 weeks before it
falls due.
