14. References

On and after the commencement of this Act, unless inconsistent with the
context or subject matter, a reference to the State Concessions Act 1986 in-

   (a)  an Act, other than this Act; or

   (b)  a subordinate instrument within the meaning of the
        Interpretation of Legislation Act 1984; or

   (c)  any other document-

is deemed to be a reference to the State Concessions Act 2004.
