SUPREME COURT ACT 1986 - SECT 91

The defendant may apply to the Court at any time—

        (a)     to rescind the order to arrest; or

        (b)     to vary the order to arrest; or

        (c)     to be discharged from custody; or

        (d)     for such other relief as is just.
