SUPREME COURT ACT 1986 - SECT 82
Provisions concerning securities(1) A security under section 81 must be taken in the manner and before the officer that the Court directs.
(2) A proceeding must not be commenced on a security if more than 6 months has passed since possession of the whole or part of the land was delivered to the landlord.
