Injunctions and receivers

37. Injunctions and receivers



(1) The Court may by order, whether interlocutory or final, grant an
injunction or appoint a receiver if it is just and convenient to do so.

(2) An order made under subsection (1) may be made either unconditionally or
on such terms and conditions as the Court thinks just.

(3) The Court may grant an interlocutory injunction under subsection (1)
restraining a party to a proceeding from removing from Victoria or otherwise
dealing with assets located within Victoria, whether or not that party is
domiciled, resident or present within Victoria.
