Effect of judgment

33ZB. Effect of judgment

A judgment given in a group proceeding-

   (a)  must describe or otherwise identify the group members who will be
        affected by it; and

   (b)  subject to section 33KA, binds all persons who are such group members
        at the time the judgment is given.
