Fewer than seven group members

33L. Fewer than seven group members

If, at any stage of a group proceeding, it appears likely to the Court that
there are fewer than 7 group members, the Court may order, on such conditions
(if any) as it thinks fit-

   (a)  that the proceeding continue under this Part; or

   (b)  that the proceeding no longer continue under this Part.
