Persons under disability

33F. Persons under disability



(1) It is not necessary for a person under disability to have a litigation
guardian merely in order to be a group member.

(2) A group member who is a person under disability may only take a step in
the group proceeding, or conduct part of the proceeding, by the group member's
litigation guardian.
