Consent of group member

33E. Consent of group member



(1) Subject to subsection (2), the consent of a person to be a group member is
not required.

(2) None of the following persons is a group member unless the person gives
consent in writing to being so-

   (a)  the Commonwealth, a State or a Territory; or

   (b)  a Minister of the Commonwealth, a State or a Territory; or

   (c)  a body corporate established for a public purpose by a law of the
        Commonwealth, a State or a Territory, other than an incorporated
        company or association; or

   (d)  any judge, magistrate or other judicial officer of the Commonwealth, a
        State or a Territory; or

   (e)  any other officer of the Commonwealth, a State or a Territory, in his
        or her capacity as an officer.
