Application

33B. Application



(1) This Part applies to a cause of action whether arising before or on or
after 1 January 2000.

(2) This Part does not apply to-

   (a)  a proceeding under sections 34 and 35 of the Act; or

   (b)  a proceeding concerning-

   (i)  the administration of the estate of a deceased person; or

   (ii) property subject to a trust; or

   (c)  a proceeding commenced under Order 18 of Chapter I of the Rules.
