Manner of making Rules

26. Manner of making Rules



If by this or any other Act it is provided, expressly or by implication, that
the Court or the Judges of the Court may make Rules, the power may be
exercised by a majority of the Judges (not including any Judge who has made an
election under section 80A(1) or has been appointed under section 80A(3A) of
the Constitution Act 1975 or any Associate Judge) present at a meeting held
for that purpose.
