20. Offence to publish certain information concerning proceedings

A person must not, in the course of a business of publishing information
concerning debtors, publish or cause to be published in any newspaper,
gazette, journal, periodical circular, newsletter, letter or like document
information concerning the commencement of a proceeding for debt so as to
identify the defendant before judgment is given in the proceeding. Penalty:
100 penalty units.
