Transitional—Courts and Other Justice Legislation Amendment Act 2013Section 17A(3C) does not apply in respect of an application under section 459G of the Corporations Act to set aside a statutory demand if the application was commenced before the commencement of section 9 of the Courts and Other Justice Legislation Amendment Act 2013 .
