Judges not to sit on appeal from their own judgments

13. Judges not to sit on appeal from their own judgments

Except where otherwise expressly enacted, a Judge of Appeal must not sit on
the hearing of an appeal from a judgment of the Trial Division constituted by
that Judge or on the hearing of an application for a new trial of a proceeding
tried before that Judge.
