SUPREME COURT ACT 1986 - SECT 100
Fees(1) The sheriff, deputy sheriff, or other officer having the execution of an order to arrest is entitled to the prescribed fees and allowances.
(2) The Governor in Council may make regulations for or with respect to the fees and allowances payable to the persons referred to in subsection (1).
