PART 1 PRELIMINARY

Purpose

1. Purpose

The purpose of this Act is-

   (a)  to amend and consolidate the law relating to the Supreme Court; and

   (b)  to amend the law of Victoria insofar as it relates to the procedure of
        the Supreme Court.
