73. Amendment of Survey Co-ordination Act 1958



In section 22(1) of the Survey Co-ordination Act 1958, after paragraph (c)
insert-



"(ca) prescribing fees for the maintenance of the survey control network to be
paid on the lodgment of certified plans of subdivision at the Office of Titles
under section 5(3) of the Subdivision Act 1988;".
