Terms of office

48. Terms of office



(1) A member of the Board holds office for the term not exceeding 3 years that
is specified in the member's instrument of appointment.

(2) A member of the Board is eligible for reappointment.

(3) The Public Administration Act 2004 (other than Part 3 of that Act) applies
to a member in respect of the office of member.
