Delegation
43. Delegation
The Surveyor-General, by instrument, may delegate to any licensed surveyor, or
class of licensed surveyors, employed under Part 3 of the
Public Administration Act 2004 any power or function of the Surveyor-General
relating to the certification of plans. _______________
