Obstruction of licensed surveyors etc.

39. Obstruction of licensed surveyors etc.

A person must not wilfully obstruct-

   (a)  a licensed surveyor; or

   (b)  a person acting under the direction of a licensed surveyor-

in carrying out his or her professional work or in exercising any power
conferred by this Act or any other Act. Penalty: 10 penalty units.
