Notification

34. Notification



(1) If a decision, finding or determination has been reviewed by the Victorian
Civil and Administrative Tribunal, the Board must notify any person who was
notified of the original decision, finding or determination of any change to
that decision, finding or determination by the Victorian Civil and
Administrative Tribunal.

(2) If a panel makes a determination under section 27(2)(d), (g) or (h) and-

   (a)  the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal affirms or varies the
        determination or makes another decision that includes such a
        determination; or

   (b)  no application for review of the determination is made within the
        period referred to in section 33(2)-

the Board must give notice of the determination to all reciprocal boards.
