Determinations

30. Determinations



(1) A determination made by a panel on a hearing comes into operation on its
making or at any later time stated in the determination.

(2) A determination of a panel is to have effect as if it were a determination
of the Board.

(3) If a fine is imposed by a panel, it may be recovered by the Board as a
debt due to the Board.

(4) The Board must pay any fine recovered under subsection (3) into the
Surveyors Registration Board of Victoria Fund.
