Outcome of preliminary investigation

22. Outcome of preliminary investigation



(1) On completing a preliminary investigation, the person or persons
conducting the investigation may make one of the following recommendations-

   (a)  that the investigation into the matter should not proceed further; or

   (b)  that a formal hearing should be held into the matter.

(2) The Board must determine whether or not to act on the recommendation of
the person or persons conducting the preliminary investigation.
