Complaints about professional conduct

18. Complaints about professional conduct



(1) A person may make a complaint to the Board about the professional conduct
of a licensed surveyor.

(2) A person may make a complaint to the Board about a person who was a
licensed surveyor but ceased to be a licensed surveyor if the complaint
relates to conduct of the other person at a time when the other person was a
licensed surveyor.
