SENTENCING ACT 1991 - SECT 89G

A certificate issued under section 89F —

        (a)     must set out—

              (i)     the identity crime offence to which the certificate relates; and

              (ii)     the name of the victim; and

        (b)     may set out any other matter the court considers relevant.
