6I. Increased maximum penalty for CCE offences



(1) A continuing criminal enterprise offender is liable, for a continuing
criminal enterprise offence, to a maximum term of imprisonment of 2 times the
length of the maximum term prescribed for the offence or 25 years, whichever
is the lesser.

(2) This section has effect despite anything to the contrary in this or any
other Act.
