6AF. Use of evidence in giving or reviewing guideline judgment

Nothing in Part VI of the Crimes Act 1958 limits the evidence or other matters
that the Court of Appeal may take into consideration in giving or reviewing a
guideline judgment and the Court may inform itself as it sees fit.
