Application of fines etc.
59. Application of fines etc.
The whole or any part of a fine, penalty or sum of money which by or under any
Act is authorised or directed to be imposed on a person forms part of, and
must be paid into, the Consolidated Fund if no other way of appropriating or
applying it is prescribed by law.
