Alleged breach of a home detention order

18ZZG. Alleged breach of a home detention order

If an allegation is made to the Secretary to the Department of Justice that an
offender has breached a condition of a home detention order, the Secretary
must-

   (a)  make appropriate inquiries in respect of the alleged breach; and

   (b)  give the offender an opportunity of making an explanation.
