18ZZD. Sentence not to affect eligibility for benefits

If a home detention order is made under this Subdivision, the sentence of
imprisonment to which the order relates must be taken not to be a sentence of
imprisonment for the purpose of any enactment providing for disqualification
for, or the forfeiture or suspension of, pensions or other benefits.
