Special conditions

18ZZC. Special conditions



(1) The court may attach to a home detention order any special conditions that
it considers appropriate.

(2) The court may attach special conditions under subsection (1) on its own
motion or on the application of-

   (a)  the offender; or

   (b)  the Secretary to the Department of Justice; or

   (c)  the Director of Public Prosecutions, the informant or the police
        prosecutor.

(3) The court may at any time vary or revoke any special conditions attached
to a home detention order on the application of-



   (a)  the offender; or

   (b)  the Secretary to the Department of Justice; or

   (c)  the Director of Public Prosecutions, the informant or the police
        prosecutor.
