18ZX. Concurrent and consecutive and later sentences



(1) If the offender is convicted of more than one offence in the same
proceeding the court may only make a home detention order if the aggregate
period of imprisonment imposed in respect of all the offences is 12 months or
less.

(2) If the offender is convicted of an offence committed while serving a
sentence of imprisonment by way of home detention, the court may only make a
home detention order for the second or subsequent offence if the aggregate
periods of imprisonment to be served by way of the original and further home
detention orders is 12 months or less.
