Suspension of combined custody and treatment order

18V. Suspension of combined custody and treatment order

At any time after the release from custody of an offender under a combined
custody and treatment order, the Secretary to the Department of Justice may-

   (a)  if the offender is ill; or

   (b)  in other exceptional circumstances-

suspend for a period the operation of the order or of any condition of the
order and, if so, that period does not count in calculating the period for
which the order is to remain in force.
