SENTENCING ACT 1991 - SECT 156

The amendments made to this Act by Part 8

of the Justice Legislation Amendment (Confiscation and Other Matters) Act 2014 apply to the sentencing of an offender on or after the commencement of that Part, irrespective of when the offence was committed or the finding of guilt was made.
