47. Transitional-Owners Corporations Act 2006



(1) This section does not limit or take away from the
Interpretation of Legislation Act 1984.

(2) A provision or provisions of this Act (as in force before the commencement
of section 211 of the Owners Corporations Act 2006) specified in Column 1 of
the Table are deemed to be re-enacted (with modifications) by the provision or
provisions of this Act (as amended by the Owners Corporations Act 2006)
appearing opposite in Column 2 of the Table.
