SUBDIVISION ACT 1988 - SECT 42A
Registrar may approve forms(1) Subject to this Act and the regulations, the Registrar may from time to time approve forms for use under this Act.

(2) The Registrar must publish a copy of each approved form in a manner that the Registrar thinks fit.
