What is an unlimited owners corporation?

27B. What is an unlimited owners corporation?



(1) An unlimited owners corporation is an owners corporation that is not a
limited owners corporation.

(2) The plan must be accompanied by a document specifying the purposes of the
unlimited owners corporation.
