Certification evidence of compliance with Act

13. Certification evidence of compliance with Act

Where the Council certifies a plan, the certification is conclusive evidence
that the provisions of this Act relating to certification including any
preliminary requirements, have been complied with, unless, before the plan is
registered, an order is made under section 39(3) and served on the Registrar.
