50. Transitional provision-appointment of agents-2005 Amendment Act

Section 32B does not apply to an agent in respect of whom an engagement is in
force, immediately before the commencement of section 10 of the 2005 Amendment
Act, under an appointment made by an owner resident, and that agent may
continue to act under that appointment as if section 32B had not been enacted.
