Resident's right to act through representative

36A. Resident's right to act through representative

Despite any resolution or decision at an annual meeting or at a meeting of the
residents committee that is to the contrary, a resident may appoint another
person to act in the place of that person at any annual meeting or meeting of
the residents committee.
