Application by owner resident to Tribunal

32F. Application by owner resident to Tribunal

If the manager of the retirement village does not, within 21 days after being
given notification under section 32E(3), either-

   (a)  enter into a management contract with the purchaser; or

   (b)  apply to the Tribunal under section 32E(4)-

the owner resident may apply to the Tribunal for an order directing the
manager to enter into a management contract with the purchaser.
