Costs of sale

32D. Costs of sale

An owner resident of a retirement village is not liable to pay commission on
the sale of his or her premises to the manager of the village or a person
chosen by the manager, if the premises are sold otherwise than as a result of
the manager (or person) acting as the agent for the sale of the premises.
