Inspection of documents

21. Inspection of documents



(1) At a resident's request, an owner or an owner's agent must make available
for inspection by the resident all residence documents which apply to the
resident and are in the possession or under the control of the owner or agent.

Penalty: 50 penalty units.

(2) A resident may inspect and take copies of documents made available to the
resident under subsection (1).
