18. Application of Fair Trading Act 1999



(1) The Fair Trading Act 1999 applies to services or goods provided under a
residence contract, even though the goods or services are provided under a
contract of service.

(3) A reference in the Fair Trading Act 1999 to the price of goods or services
includes in relation to a residence right an in-going contribution.
