Manner of entry

87. Manner of entry

A person exercising a right of entry under this Division-

   (a)  must do so in a reasonable manner; and

   (b)  must not stay or permit others to stay on the rented premises longer
        than is necessary to achieve the purpose of the entry without the
        tenant's consent.
