Director of Housing may withhold consent in certain circumstances

83. Director of Housing may withhold consent in certain circumstances

For the purposes of this Division, it is not unreasonable for a landlord to
withhold consent to an assignment or sub-letting of rented premises if-

   (a)  the landlord is the Director of Housing; and

   (b)  the ground for withholding that consent is that the assignment or
        sub-letting would disadvantage persons on a public housing waiting
        list.
