80. Declaration under Housing Act 1983 that house unfit for habitation



(1) A landlord is in breach of section 68 if the rented premises are or are
part of a house in respect of which a declaration under section 64 of the
Housing Act 1983 is in force.

(2) A tenant is not entitled to exercise a right under sections 72 to 75 in
respect of a breach resulting from a declaration referred to in subsection
(1).
