Premises connected to premises used for trade or business

8. Premises connected to premises used for trade or business

This Act does not apply to a tenancy agreement if the rented premises form
part of a building in which other premises are let by the landlord to the
tenant for the purpose of a trade, profession or business carried on by the
tenant.
