Reimbursement

55. Reimbursement



(1) If a landlord pays for anything for which the tenant is liable under
section 52, the tenant must reimburse the landlord within 28 days after
receiving a written request for reimbursement attached to a copy of the
account and the receipt or other evidence of payment.

(2) If a tenant pays for anything for which the landlord is liable under
section 53 or 54, the landlord must reimburse the tenant within 28 days after
receiving a written request for reimbursement attached to a copy of the
account and the receipt or other evidence of payment.

(3) Subsection (1) does not apply if there is an agreement to the contrary
under section 53.
