Order of Tribunal

345. Order of Tribunal

The Tribunal must make a possession order for the premises if the Tribunal is
satisfied that-

   (a)  the applicant under section 344 is entitled to possession of the
        premises; and

   (b)  there are reasonable grounds for believing that a person is occupying
        the premises without licence or consent.
